Girls night out

Last friday i was invited by a friend, N to attend a girl night out. Being me, i was a little skeptical as i was a little shy meeting new people. She reassured me that she was too shy and will keep me company. Piggy encourage me to enjoy myself, but i was still thinking twice. Then i thought, what the heck, at least i get to meet new people, so i decided to accept her offer. N picked me up as she was on the way to pick her children up, and i was a little nervous. Nervous because i was going to meet new people ( crazy as it may seem, i felt like a little girl hahaha) Dinner was at SAFFRON, a nice and cosy Punjabi restaurant. There were 7 of us, and one of them i've met earlier on another occasion. Facebook, boyfriends, and children was the topic of the night. I was sitting at the other end of the table listening and smiling. I was a little shy, so i didnt really contribute to the conversation, just listen. The food at Saffron was delicous, and i would recommend anyone to have dinner there, hopefully i can introduce it to piggy. New food experience for me though :) After a nice hearty meal, the group decided to head to a next door pub, BULLLDOG. It was a little quiet as it was only 930pm, but slowly the crowd started to come in. I noticed that most of the crowd are older people, so i kinda felt a little too young haha ( lucky they let me in ....scared they might think im only 17!) I didnt take my chunky camera but lucky most of the girls took out their small little camera and started snapping..It was a nice night out with the girls, and i really enjoyed myself. Made some new friends and dont mind trying it again... here are some photos

p/s piggy was so kind to look after the kids... and he even offered to pick me up half way, didnt want N to drive me home as it would be too far for her...

Bread

Sorry my dear follower for not updating my blog. Since my last entry, i kind of gotten a little lazy haha... so i will try to update as much as possible.

The other week, my dear friend F decided to let me use her bread maker.. So kind of her... So far i have created 3 different type of breads, but I've yet to take any photos. I guess i am kinda of in the stage of experimenting and have numerous of occasion forgotten to take the photos.. next time... My only question is when i use the bread maker, it leaves a strong smell of yeast in the bread. Any suggestions?? hmm
